HSE Coordinator at BRP in Juarez, Mx- Chihuahua, MX

Required Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HSE Coordinator or equivalent position.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and STPS regulations.
• Experience in accident investigation, risk assessment, and safety audits.
• Experience managing HSE performance indicators.
• Experience in training and promoting a safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs.
• Ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Coordinate safety audits and inspections.
• Monitor performance indicators and follow up on action plans.
• Promote a preventive culture throughout the organization.
