We're looking for a personable, organized, and dependable HVAC Parts Specialist to support our growing Service Team. In this role, you'll source and price HVAC parts and materials, assist technicians and estimators with product selection, coordinate with vendors, and help ensure our maintenance and repair work orders are completed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead parts sourcing and pricing and delivering exceptional customer service
• Assist technicians and estimators with product sourcing and competitive pricing
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to fulfill orders
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate inventory through established counting and replenishment procedures
• Maintain truck stock inventories

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and be trained on HVAC parts and systems
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Prior experience with HVAC parts or in a sales/customer service role is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach as needed.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Ability to safely handle and move HVAC parts and materials.
