Job Description
Broadwell Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Waterpark Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our waterpark facility in Oswego, NY. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, enjoyable, and efficient environment for guests and staff while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service. This role requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily waterpark operations, including scheduling, staff supervision, and guest services.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe environment.
- Train, motivate, and develop a team of employees to deliver excellent customer service.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance and maintain cleanliness of the waterpark to uphold quality standards.
- Monitor inventory and supplies, placing orders as necessary to support operations.
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage operational reports and budgets.
- Lifeguard Instructor license preferred at time of hire, or must be acquired within 3 months of hire.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a hospitality or recreational environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of waterpark safety standards and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or business preferred.

Working Requirements:
- Must have the availability to work all shifts, during normal operating hours of the water park.
- Must work weekends and holidays as needed (any prior commitments must be addressed before starting date).
- Must be able to stand for extended periods. Ability to bend, kneel, reach, push and pull while performing job tasks. Must be able to lift 75 lbs or greater.
