Position Overview As a Landscape Crew Member, you play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our commercial clients. This position includes year-round outdoor work with seasonal responsibilities in landscape maintenance and winter snow and ice management. Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical work (walking, bending, standing for long periods)
Comfortable working in all weather conditions (heat, cold, snow, wind, rain)
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to communicate clearly and work well with others
Snow removal or equipment experience is a plus, but not required
Winter Availability Requirements: Available to be on-call 24/7 during the winter season, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Flexible schedule with the ability to work extended hours during snow events
Commitment to completing assigned routes and shifts when called
Additional Requirements: Pass a pre-employment drug test and consent to random, reasonable suspicion, and post-incident drug testing
