Location: Oregon | Hybrid & Office-Based Options
Position: W-2 Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
Clinicians Deserve Clarity, Stability, and Support. Grow Your Career at Brightways.
Our Mission
“In everything we do, we believe in breaking down barriers and getting help to the community now.”
Let’s Be Real About Modern Practice
The mental health field often forces a bad bargain: you can grind yourself into burnout at a rigid agency, or you can take on the financial instability and isolation of private practice where you are left guessing your income, buying your own insurance, chasing down claims, and working entirely on your own.
Brightways Counseling Group is different. We offer the clinical autonomy and flexibility you want, backed by the safety, security, and benefits of a true W-2 position.
See What Your Income Looks Like
We believe financial transparency should be the baseline. Drag our interactive income calculator to adjust your weekly client count. See exactly what your W-2 earning potential looks like and map out a schedule that fits your life.
Sustainable Caseload Design:
We want you to thrive, not burn out. Full-time schedules are 28 or more scheduled appointments weekly. You have the option to do this in 4 days instead of 5. This gives you an opportunity for 3 days each week to enjoy rest and have fun. Also, 28 scheduled appointments each week set you up for success so that any cancellations won't keep you from completing the expected 22 completed sessions per week. Want to see more and make more? That door is wide open.
Real Support, Zero Isolation
Private practice can be lonely, and sometimes traditional groups can feel somewhat isolating. Consultation and peer connection are at the absolute core of how we operate here. When you join Brightways, you don't have to fly solo. Check it out!
