SR FINANCIAL ANALYST

Job Summary
The Sr. Analyst, Finance will support BrightView’s Strategic Finance & Capital Allocation workstreams. The Sr. Analyst, Finance will work closely with the Senior Director, Finance and other business leaders across the enterprise to help curate the long-term strategic goals of the company as well as support the allocation of capital priorities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Strategic Finance: Assist with the Long-Term Strategic vision of the company, including Long Range Planning, Business Case analysis, and other ad-hoc requests as needed. Work cross-functionally to track & report on progress towards our Long-Term goals to Senior Leadership.
• Capital Allocations: Manage the Strategic Capital Allocations of BrightView including our Cash Flow reporting / forecasting & Capital Expenditures strategy. This includes partnering with our Fleet & Procurement leaders to help track, manage, & execute on the strategic long-term goals of the company.
• Board Level Reporting: Assist the Sr. Director, Finance with preparation of Board related materials including topics related to Corporate Strategy, Capital Allocations, & Investor Relations.
• Routine communication with all levels of the organization.
• Perform ah-hoc financial reporting and analysis with a focus on Corporate Strategy & Capital Allocations
Education and Experience:
• A bachelor’s degree is required in business or finance; an MBA degree with concentration in finance would be advantageous, although comparable work experience is acceptable.
• 3-5+ years of broad-reaching, finance-driven experience – preferably with publicly held companies that are like BrightView, or a combination of experience in capital markets/corporate finance
• Strong analytical abilities; a solid foundation in corporate finance
• Strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships across an enterprise both at the corporate leadership team level and throughout an organization.
• Proficiency with Excel financial modeling, PowerPoint presentations and other financial software with keen attention to detail
• Self-starter, precise, deadline-driven, mature-minded, organized, communicative and creative team member
• Strategic thinker with ability to influence and “tell the story” with empirical data
Physical Demands/Requirements:
• Constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as calculator, photocopier, and computer printer
• Position is sedentary; must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of time
Work Environment:
• Role is on-site (5 days in Blue Bell office); must be able to reliably commute into the office
• Works in an indoor corporate office work environment
• Minimal Travel Required
