Role Description
The Paid Search Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across major search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360). In this role, you will support your own book of business, taking ownership of client-specific KPIs. *Please note: This is a highly hands-on role. You will not be passing off execution to a junior team. *

Key Responsibilities
Influence Client Strategy: Support the client relationship by joining regular calls, reviewing performance data, and aligning with the lead on go-forward strategies to hit target KPIs (CPA, ROAS, Lead generation).

Optimize & Execute: Manage account pacing and optimization, including bid strategy adjustments, budget allocation, keyword development, ad copy creation, and routine account hygiene.

Analyze Performance: Pull data from multiple platform sources to uncover trends, develop actionable insights, and translate those insights into measurable campaign improvements.

Forecast & Plan: Create media performance forecasts and budget allocations backed by data-driven rationale.

Collaborate: Actively participate in internal and external meetings, taking proactive ownership of next steps and campaign implementations.

Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor emerging digital advertising trends and effectively communicate new testing opportunities to both clients and internal stakeholders.
