Job Summary
Bright Star Marketing (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Cashier to manage daily cash transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support the accounts department in routine financial activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily cash receipts, payments, and transactions accurately.
- Maintain cash books, payment vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile cash balances.
- Verify invoices, bills, and payment records.
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding cash handling and reporting.
- Ensure the safe custody of cash and financial records.
- Report cash discrepancies and financial irregularities to the concerned supervisor.
- Perform other relevant duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or intermediate qualification in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant cashier or accounts experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling, bookkeeping, and financial documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Honest, responsible, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality.
