The Marketing Design Intern will provide administrative and creative support to the design team while gaining practical experience in the marketing field. Responsibilities: - Provides administrative and creative support to the design team - Assists with scheduling meetings, brand reviews, and cross functional collaboration sessions - Helps design team move creative along to meet all project timelines - Collects, organizes, and routes incoming creative and branding requests from the design team - Manages and maintains digital brand assets, design files, and documentation in accordance with brand standards - Assists in preparing corporate presentations, brand decks, and internal communications materials - Supports the development and execution of visual assets for internal and external branded initiatives - Helps track project updates, organize feedback, and support multiple branding projects simultaneously - Supports the development and execution of visual assets for internal and external corporate branding initiatives Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma - Must been enrolled in a 2 or 4 year college or university as a full-time or part-time student - Pursuing a degree in Marketing - 0-2 years of experience in Marketing or related area Preferred Qualifications: - Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, Design etc - Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within design field - Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain a positive attitude; and solid customer service skills - Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment Required Skills: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Design, Marketing Benefits: Springhealth, Perks at Work, 401k
