Responsibilities: - Preparing marketing materials for M&A and capital raising engagements - Conducting industry and company-specific research - Identifying potential acquirors and capital sources - Maintaining accurate records on funding sources and centers-of-influence - Participating in the diligence of current and potential clients / prospects - Playing an active role in firm culture by participating in events and meetings with the broader team Required Qualifications: - 0-3 years of experience in the fields of finance, private equity and / or mergers and acquisitions - Ability to assume significant levels of responsibility requiring intellectual curiosity, motivation, analytical aptitude and work ethic - Research, financial analysis and modeling of financial statements, companies, industries and M&A / capital markets and related trends - Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Prepare materials used in marketing, business development and management presentations - Strong Microsoft suite skills: Excel (modeling and analysis) and PowerPoint (presentation preparation) - Sociable and a trustworthy team player - On-track to complete a degree in finance and / or accounting, or have successfully completed significant coursework in these areas Required Skills: Financial analysis, Financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Mergers and acquisitions, Capital markets Internship Start Date: Start in 2027 Summer
