Job Summary . We are hiring a Senior HR Generalist with 7-9 years of experience in core HR operations,supporting employees working in US shifts (EST / PST)
Conduct virtual onboarding sessions for US shift employees
Monitor and validate attendance records for EST / PST shift employees
Coordinate with payroll for attendance inputs,leave records,and shift validations
