Junior Account Manager Location: USA / CCC / Midland / East County Your Role The Field Service Technician III is part of the technical team and is a advanced position that is capable of leading in the evaluation of pump maintenance, transfers, basic testing, while shaping customer relationships and delivering added value to customers. This role will work with internal and external teams. Responsibilities · Collect Water, Oil, and Gas Samples · Basic SWD water quality testing · Deliver Chemical in Drums and Pails · Deliver Chemical Tank and Containments · Record and Set Chemical Rates · Update Individual Field Service Report · Record Inventory Levels · Complete Lab request forms · Place Chemical Orders · Tank and Pump hookup · Completing Electronic Field Recaps · Communicate With Customer Foreman, Superintendent, and Engineers · Provide Technical Training; mentor techs I and II · Perform Field Water Analysis · Perform Field Solids Solubility Test · Perform Emulsion Breaker Testing · Perform Product Compatibility Testing · Working safely and following all safety policies and procedures · Other duties as assigned Your Profile Skills HS Diploma required; B.S degree preferred; years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree · Experience as leading · Advanced Operator experience · Proficient computer skills in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM systems · Customer-centric mindset, focusing on creating a positive experience for the customer · Self-management capabilities · Basic experience with writing and proposal submission · Good written and verbal communication skills · Must be able to lift 50 lb Our Offer Objective: Present the main benefits and incentives for this role.
