They are seeking a Night Auditor who will balance financial stewardship and guest service during overnight hours, ensuring accuracy in guest folios and maintaining property security. Responsibilities: - Verify and reconcile all guest folios with 100% accuracy - Process credit card transactions and rate builder financials - Resolve accounting discrepancies and audit reports - Conduct overnight front desk operations and reservations - Address guest inquiries with professionalism and care - Perform property security rounds and access control - Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams - Generate critical daily reports for management - Maintain compliance with all accounting procedures Required Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED equivalent - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) - Ability to work overnight shifts (typically 11pm-7am) - Strong mathematical aptitude for financial reconciliation - Capability to lift 25 lbs.
