Apply Description Breakthrough Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Level 2 Behavioral Therapist / Mental Health Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide one-on-one therapeutic services to children with Autism and related developmental disorders. This role requires a passion for mental health, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. Requirements Responsibilities Deliver direct 1:1 behavioral and mental health support to young clients Implement treatment plans under clinical supervision Conduct regular progress monitoring and documentation Communicate professionally and sensitively with clients and their families Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and supervision Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize care Qualifications Non-bachelor's degree applicants must provide proof of enrollment in a bachelor’s or associate’s degree program in mental health-related fields or other relevant training OR be 18 years or older and have completed the Level III EIDBI training requirements OR be Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for supporting children with Autism and developmental needs Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a mental health-related field with 2,000+ supervised hours Experience or training in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply (Oromo, Somali, Spanish, Hmong, Arabic) We are looking for individuals with experience or interest in: Paraprofessional work CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Special education Home health aide Mental health practitioner roles Social work Join Breakthrough Therapy Center’s team of dedicated professionals committed to delivering compassionate care and making a positive impact on the lives of children and families we serve.
