What You’ll Do

You'll work directly with homeowners to diagnose problems, provide expert recommendations, and deliver high-quality solutions. Every day brings something different. One day, you may be troubleshooting a difficult electrical issue. The next, you could be upgrading a service panel, installing an EV charger, improving a home's lighting, or performing a safety inspection.

Responsibilities will include:

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing residential electrical issues.
• Explaining repair, replacement, and upgrade options clearly and professionally.
• Helping homeowners improve the safety, reliability, efficiency, and convenience of their electrical systems.
• Performing high-quality electrical repairs and installations.
• Conducting electrical inspections and identifying potential safety concerns.
• Recommending solutions based on the homeowner's needs—not a one-size-fits-all approach.
• Building lasting customer relationships through honesty, professionalism, and exceptional service.
• Maintaining clean, organized, and professional job sites.

What We Are Looking For

REQUIRED

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 2 years of electrical experience.
• Residential service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

PREFERRED

• More than 2 years of electrical experience.
• Previous customer-facing service experience.
• Experience mentoring or training apprentices.
• Experience with electrical panels and service upgrades.
• Experience with generators, backup power, or battery systems.
• A strong understanding of residential electrical safety and code requirements.
