Basic Salary: £26,000 or £115 per day (Self-Employed Option)
Uncapped Commission | Realistic OTE £50,000–£60,000+
Regional Field Role | Travel up to 60 miles from your home postcode

At BRC Promotions, we work with some of the UK's leading charities, helping them recruit long-term supporters through professional face-to-face campaigns at busy retail and shopping locations.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll attend pre-booked venues including supermarkets and shopping centres, where you'll:

• Approach and engage members of the public
• Build trust and create genuine conversations
• Promote nationally recognised charities
• Convert interest into regular monthly support
• Hit targets and maximise your commission

Every day is different, but one thing stays the same, your results directly influence your earnings.

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in people who enjoy sales and aren't afraid of a challenge.

Experience in any of the following is a bonus:

• Field Sales
• Direct Sales
• Fundraising
• Venue Sales
• Brand Ambassador or Promotional Work

Most importantly, you'll be:

• Confident and outgoing
• Self-motivated
• Resilient when faced with rejection
• Target-driven
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day

What You'll Receive

• £26,000 basic salary or £115 daily rate
• Uncapped commission
• £50,000–£60,000+ realistic on-target earnings
• Travel allowance for employed
• Hotel accommodation when required
• Full training and ongoing coaching
