Job Description
Summary: Braze is a leading customer engagement platform that empowers brands to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The Business Development Representative (BDR) role focuses on identifying and engaging potential customers to generate new business opportunities and build high-quality relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify target accounts
- Develop email and phone campaigns
- Engage C-suite prospects
- Demonstrate the value of Braze
- Qualify early stage deals
- Build account strategies with Account Executives
- Conduct discovery phone calls
- Meet with leaders and executives across accounts
- Build personalized email sequences
- Attend events to generate new leads
- Manage own meetings and bring in internal stakeholders as needed
- Conduct high-level conversations with C-suite executives about their business goals, customer engagement and marketing challenges/opportunities
- Deliver value-orientated pitches and solution demonstrations
- Generate the volume and value of deals required to hit quota
- Set meetings and carry out great discovery and qualification
