Client: Build trusted relationships and understand what clients need creatively and commercially.
Sport/culture: Have a strong understanding of sport, social culture and what makes content resonate with audiences.
Commercial awareness: Understand budgets, feasibility and timelines without letting production constraints kill good ideas.
Pitching: Be comfortable standing in front of a client and saying – here’s the idea, here’s why it’s right for you, and here’s how we’re going to make it happen.
Requirements:

Strong production knowledge and the ability to take creative ideas through to delivery.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working collaboratively with creatives, clients and production teams.
