Role & responsibilities
• Doomscroll for "Research": Spot trending audio, viral formats and visual hooks on Instagram Reels and Shorts before anyone else does.
• Bring Ideas to Life: Turn basic ideas and quick video clips into high-energy, scroll-stopping Reels, Shorts and TikToks.
• Level Up the Vibe: Add slick transitions, clean captions, viral audio and color grading to make videos pop.
• Shoot Content: Get hands-on with camera/phone setups to film quick behind-the-scenes, event highlights, and quick interviews.
• Flex Your Creativity: Experiment with crazy ideas, bold edits and visual humorif it grabs attention, we want to try it!

Preferred candidate profile
• Video Editing Mastery: Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects to build smooth, high-energy cuts.
• Camera & Setup Basics: Comfortable framing shots, setting up lighting, and capturing crisp audio using a smartphone or DSLR.
• Storytelling & Rhythm: Sharp sense of pacing, beat-matching, music choice, and visual storytelling that keeps viewers hooked.
• Platform Optimization: Solid grasp of aspect ratios, formats, and framing tailored for different social channels.
• Motion Graphics & Animation (Mandatory): Hands-on ability to create clean motion graphics and dynamic animations using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Communication & Speed: Strong communication skills with the drive to adapt and deliver quickly in a fast-paced environment.
