Summary: Brandon Homes is an on-your-lot home builder dedicated to delivering high-quality homes with an exceptional client experience. The Operations & Experience Intern will support purchasing operations and the launch of a model home, focusing on vendor coordination and enhancing client experience. Responsibilities: - Assist in collecting and organizing vendor bids and pricing - Support material procurement and vendor coordination - Track and document vendor incentives, discounts, and partnerships - Maintain organized purchasing logs and documentation - Assist with updating selections, specifications, and scopes of work - Help ensure purchasing processes are executed accurately and efficiently - Coordinate vendors, materials, and installations for the model home - Assist in sourcing furnishings, décor, and finishing touches - Help design an elevated client experience (music, scent, refreshments, flow) - Support planning and execution of model home launch events - Maintain model home readiness and presentation standards - Research and implement ideas to enhance brand perception and client experience Required Qualifications: - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Strong communication skills (written and verbal) - Proactive and self-motivated; able to take ownership of tasks - Interest in construction, real estate, design, or business operations - Ability to balance both analytical and creative responsibilities - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment Required Skills: Vendor coordination, Material procurement, Purchasing processes, Project coordination, Residential construction, Business operations, Event planning, Branding, Customer experience Benefits: Opportunity for full-time employment upon successful completion
