About the Role

Brand Republic is looking for a Sales & Business Development Trainee who wants to build hands-on experience in lead generation, client acquisition, online sales, and business development.

You’ll work with the team to find potential clients through Upwork and other online platforms, communicate with prospects, assist with proposals and follow-ups, and learn how digital and creative services are sold to international clients.

What You'll Do

• Find and research potential clients through Upwork, Fiverr, Bark, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.
• Assist with lead generation and client prospecting.
• Help prepare customized sales proposals and pitches.
• Communicate with prospects through messages, emails, and calls.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Understand client requirements and connect them with relevant services.
• Assist the team with client acquisition and sales activities.
• Maintain lead information and follow-up records.
• Work toward assigned lead-generation and sales targets.

What We're Looking For

• 0–6 months of relevant experience in sales, business development, customer service, freelancing, lead generation, or client dealing.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Confident communication and willingness to interact with potential clients.
• Interest in sales, client acquisition, and online business development.
• Basic understanding of platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and work toward targets.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with internship, freelance, university, or project-based experience are encouraged to apply.
