Responsibilities: - Conduct guided tours for prospective residents, highlighting the unique features and benefits of the Bozzuto community to support their journey from initial interest to lease signing, move-in, and residency - Design and implement creative marketing campaigns to drive traffic and boost leasing activity - Provide top-tier customer service to residents, clients and vendors - Assist with day-to-day operations, administrative tasks and community management - Support marketing reports, social media strategies and onsite event planning - Analyze business performance and present your insights in a final capstone presentation to Bozzuto leadership Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, real estate, hospitality or a related field - Motivated and eager to take initiative, with some experience in customer service or sales - Strong communicator who enjoys collaborating and learning from others - Willing to work 3–4 weekends per month while taking two weekdays off as this role supports both prospective and current residents in our 365/24 business Required Skills: Customer Service, Sales, Marketing Campaign Design, Social Media Strategies, Business Performance Analysis Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer Benefits: Health & wellness benefits.
