Summary: Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly Bowlero Corp, is one of the world’s premier location-based entertainment platforms. They are seeking a Supervisor who will coordinate team members and manage center operations in the absence of higher management. The role involves ensuring high standards of guest service and overseeing various operational aspects of the center. Responsibilities: - Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints - Capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing our marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.) - Develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow our league business; adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform other administrative duties associated with our leagues - Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling a talented team of hourly center staff - Lead the team and influence them through effective motivation; leverage the individual strengths of your team members to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity by working with your team side by side every day - Assist in overseeing the management and expansion of your center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction in our dining offerings.
