Apheresis Technician

(other titles include Plasma Center Technician, Donor Center Technician, Plasmapheresis Technician)

Those with experience in plasma donation/collection center roles will be considered - to be trained

Part Time - On Call

In addition to apheresis technician experience, others such as the following will be considered:

• Any plasma donation center or plasma collection center role (to be trained)
• Phlebotomist
• Blood-bank / blood donor-center staff
• Infusion and IV therapy staff
• Paramedics/EMTs/military medic
• Dialysis technician
• Infusion nurse
• Medical assistants who perform venipuncture
• Surgical technologists and operating-room staff

Experience as a donor would be an added advantage and could broaden the scope of the role.

Location: Southern California coastal area

Schedule: Varies, typically 2-4 hour appointments

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 8.0 per week
