Job Description
Summary: Bounce is building a global luggage storage network, connecting travelers with local businesses for short-term baggage storage. They are seeking a Supply Operations Intern to help scale their supply and sales operations, focusing on lead generation, onboarding, and partner success while leveraging AI and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Access and operate our sales and operations tools (Sales CRM and automation platforms, communication tools), ensuring clean pipelines and clear partner lifecycle tracking
- Manage and improve lead generation processes through AI tools
- Run analyses to identify opportunities for improvement in our sales funnel and partner lifecycles
- Build dashboards and reports to support both decision-making (management) and execution (train end users)
- Design and implement automations (with and/or without AI) across lead generation, sales, onboarding, and partner success
- Leverage AI to reduce manual workload for the team while building scalable and efficient operational systems
- Independently lead operational projects from problem definition to implementation, often working with multiple teams and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in operations, analytics, consulting, or similar roles
- Basic SQL knowledge (or another coding language) and/or previous experience with process automation and tooling
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- Ownership mindset and ability to manage projects end-to-end
- Interest in automation, systems, AI and process optimization
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with other teams across the organisation
