Financial Operations Systems – Associate Department: Financial Operations Systems Location: Bengaluru, India Reporting To: Financial Operations Systems Lead About the Role As a Financial Operations Systems Associate, you will support day-to-day operations of core finance systems (ERP and related tools) and help keep key finance processes running smoothly. You will handle routine tickets, perform basic data checks, follow documented procedures, and escalate complex issues—building strong foundational knowledge across Order to Cash and other finance workflows. Key Responsibilities Log, categorise, and track finance system tickets; resolve standard requests using SOPs and knowledge articles. Perform routine master data and transactional checks (e.g., customer setups, billing prerequisites) and coordinate corrections. Support month-end activities by running standard reports, validating outputs, and flagging exceptions. Assist with UAT by following test scripts, capturing evidence, and raising defects with clear reproduction steps. Maintain documentation by updating work instructions and improving clarity of FAQs based on recurring questions. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree (or final year) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Interest in finance processes and systems; any exposure to ERP tools is a plus. Comfort with Excel and basic data analysis (filters, pivots, lookups). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures consistently. Clear written communication and willingness to learn in a fast-paced support environment. Financial Operations Systems – Sr. Associate Department: Financial Operations Systems Location: Bengaluru, India Reporting To: Financial Operations Systems Lead About the Role As a Financial Operations Systems Sr. Associate, you will resolve a broad range of issues independently, and help improve day-to-day support operations. You will contribute to process stability by identifying recurring problems, proposing fixes, and partnering with analysts and technical teams to implement small improvements. Key Responsibilities Resolve complex support tickets end-to-end, including root-cause analysis and clear stakeholder updates. Monitor common failure points and lead actions to reduce repeat incidents (trend analysis, knowledge updates, preventative checks). Support small enhancements by gathering requirements, validating impacts, and coordinating testing and deployments. Coach and support Associates on SOPs, tooling, and ticket quality; review work for accuracy when needed. Maintain high-quality documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of support playbooks. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field. 1+ year experience in operations support, finance systems, or a related function. Financial Operations Systems – Analyst Department: Financial Operations Systems Location: Bengaluru, India Reporting To: Financial Operations Systems Lead About the Role As a Financial Operations Systems Analyst, you will own defined operational areas within the finance systems landscape, balancing support, data quality, and incremental enhancements. You will partner with Finance Operations and IT to analyse issues, recommend solutions, coordinate testing, and help deliver improvements that strengthen controls and streamline key processes such as Order to Cash. Key Responsibilities Own triage, investigation, and resolution of finance system incidents within your scope, including root-cause analysis and documentation. Partner with process owners to define requirements for small-to-medium enhancements and translate them into clear user stories / specs. Plan and execute UAT/regression testing; coordinate defect triage and confirm fixes before release. Monitor data quality and control gaps; propose and drive corrective actions to reduce operational risk. Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, and knowledge articles to support scalable operations.
