Financial Operations Systems – Associate Department: Financial Operations Systems Location: Bengaluru, India Reporting To: Financial Operations Systems Lead About the Role As a Financial Operations Systems Associate, you will support day-to-day operations of core finance systems (ERP and related tools) and help keep key finance processes running smoothly. You will handle routine tickets, perform basic data checks, follow documented procedures, and escalate complex issues—building strong foundational knowledge across Order to Cash and other finance workflows. Key Responsibilities  Log, categorise, and track finance system tickets; resolve standard requests using SOPs and knowledge articles.  Perform routine master data and transactional checks (e.g., customer setups, billing prerequisites) and coordinate corrections.  Support month-end activities by running standard reports, validating outputs, and flagging exceptions.  Assist with UAT by following test scripts, capturing evidence, and raising defects with clear reproduction steps.  Maintain documentation by updating work instructions and improving clarity of FAQs based on recurring questions.
