Marketing Manager at Boston Energy… · Hessle

Boston Energy is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand, market presence and customer communications as we continue to grow within the renewable energy sector.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll take ownership of our marketing activity, bringing together brand, digital, content, campaigns and commercial support. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to refresh how we present Boston Energy and help tell the story of our people, technical capability and delivery expertise.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead our brand and marketing activity, ensuring Boston Energy is represented consistently and professionally across all channels.
• Develop engaging content and campaigns that showcase our people, services, technical expertise, safety culture and customer success stories.
• Refresh and manage our digital presence, including our website, social media and digital campaigns, using insight and performance data to continually improve.
• Support commercial growth, working closely with our Commercial, Contracts and Tendering teams to create compelling presentations, tender content, capability materials and customer communications.
• Bring our story to life, translating complex technical and operational information into clear, engaging and customer-focused messaging.
• Coordinate marketing projects and events, working with teams across the business as well as external agencies and suppliers.

About you

We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial thinking and is comfortable taking ownership and turning ideas into action.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Experience in a marketing, communications or content role within a business-to-business, engineering, energy, industrial or renewables environment.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to turn technical information into engaging content.
• Experience developing customer-facing marketing materials and supporting commercial or tender activity.
• A good understanding of brand, digital marketing, campaign planning and content development.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills, with the confidence to work with senior leaders and technical specialists.
• A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage several priorities at once.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• Experience within wind, renewables or offshore services would be an advantage.

Why join Boston Energy?

This is an opportunity to take real ownership of marketing within a growing renewable energy business.

You’ll have the chance to shape our brand, refresh our digital presence and directly influence how Boston Energy positions itself with customers and the wider wind industry.

If you’re looking for a role where you can combine creativity, commercial thinking and hands-on delivery, we’d love to hear from you.
