Position summary
The ECMO Program Coordinator II supports the day-to-day ECMO operations, projects, and initiatives through project coordination, complex scheduling, meeting management, action item tracking, and stakeholder follow-up. Working closely with clinical and administrative team members, this role ensures ECMO leadership priorities remain organized, aligned, and moving forward. The successful candidate is highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly while supporting this fast-paced, multidisciplinary program as it evolves.
Key responsibilities
Education:
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s degree may be preferred depending on the program.
Experience:
2 years of relevant experience.
Schedule:
Full-time- primarily in person

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate program activities and daily operations.
- Assist with developing and updating program goals and objectives.
- Prepare or assist with funding proposals and continuation requests.
- Provide guidance, problem-solving support, and information to staff and others.
- Prepare reports and records on program activities, progress, and status.
- Help evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvements.
- Review applications and program documents as needed.
- Assist with recruitment efforts and written/promotional materials.
- Plan and coordinate workshops, meetings, and conferences, including scheduling and logistics.
- Communicate and maintain relationships with internal teams and outside/community organizations.
- May supervise staff.
