Job Description
Summary: Borusan Pipe USA is seeking motivated and driven engineering students for their 12-week Summer Internship Program. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals on real business projects that support operational improvement and technology initiatives, gaining hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Learn manufacturing and production processes
- Support operational and continuous improvement activities
- Observe quality control and maintenance operations
- Assist with process optimization projects
- Gain hands-on exposure to industrial manufacturing environments
- Support digitalization and process automation projects
- Assist with operational data analysis and reporting
- Collaborate on technology-driven improvement initiatives
- Participate in innovation and business transformation activities
- Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Interest in manufacturing, technology, operations, or industrial processes
