Job Description
Summary: Booz Allen Hamilton is a leading consulting firm, and they are seeking a Junior Program Analyst to support Naval Aviation programs. The role involves implementing and maintaining organizational programs, tracking project schedules, drafting correspondence, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project success.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Naval Aviation
- Review and track technical deliverables for accuracy and completeness
- Track project schedules
- Coordinate updates to programs’ Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Draft technical and administrative correspondence
- Prepare program status summaries and presentations
- Attend meetings, reviews, and conferences and prepare meeting minutes
- Work with key stakeholders
- Help with tactical Foreign Military Sales (FMS) logistics planning using resources like Microsoft Project and PowerPoint
- Regular interactions with Subject Matter Experts and customers
Required Qualifications:
- Experience working in a professional environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to function successfully in a dynamic working environment
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with logistics
- Knowledge of FMS
- Knowledge of Naval Aviation
