We’re Looking for Someone Who Can Turn… at Bookme for… · Yorktown…

📍 Yorktown Heights, NY 10598
🕓 After 4:00 PM | 25 hours/week
💰 Compensation so competitive, even your bank account will want to schedule a performance review.

THE POSITION:

We are seeking a highly qualified Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join a rapidly growing, one-person leadership team (aka a brilliant, hilarious, very verbal 7-year-old girl).

This is a 1:1 in-home position where you'll be managing daily operations, facilitating emotional regulation, and negotiating with a stakeholder who has absolutely no problem requesting to speak to management.

She's sweet as sugar, sharp as a tack, and has the negotiation skills of a Fortune 500 CEO. Moderate functioning, severe behaviors, and occasionally, a corporate restructuring of the entire household when things don't go according to plan. 😅

Translation: We're looking for someone who can handle the big feelings, celebrate the little wins, and keep the department running smoothly.

YOU'RE A STRONG CANDIDATE IF:

✅ You can maintain executive-level professionalism while being asked approximately 47 times why a perfectly reasonable request is, in fact, unreasonable.

✅ Your conflict-resolution skills are stronger than a toddler's commitment to saying "NO."

✅ You can turn an unexpected emotional crisis into a teachable moment without requesting PTO.

✅ You have the patience of a monk, the energy of a golden retriever, and the poker face of someone sitting through a 3-hour corporate meeting that could've been an email.

✅ You understand that progress doesn't always happen on schedule, but every little win deserves a company-wide celebration.

THE BENEFITS PACKAGE (AKA WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY):

🌅 Work-Life Balance: Your mornings are YOURS. Sleep in, brunch, run errands, romanticize your life. Our operations don't begin until after 4 PM.

🗣️ Bilingual Advantage: English & Spanish speakers are HIGHLY encouraged to apply. ¡Estamos buscando talento bilingüe!

💙 Executive-Level Support: You'll have a BCBA in your corner. Supportive, responsible, empathetic, and actually available when you need guidance. Imagine that!

💸 Competitive Compensation: We're talking top-tier pay. Your direct deposit might actually smile.

⏳ Career Development: Gain hands-on experience in behavior intervention, skill acquisition, emotional regulation, and high-stakes stakeholder negotiations (bedtime edition).
