As a Product Marketing Manager will support go-to-market initiatives across Bombora’s Intent data products and connected product marketing portfolio. This role will work on a range of product marketing activities including product launches, messaging and content development, sales and partner enablement, and market and customer research. The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for working cross-functionally with sales, channel partners, product management, marketing, and other stakeholders to help translate Bombora’s solutions and technical capabilities into clear, compelling stories for customers, prospects, partners, and internal teams. - Go-to-market planning and product launches - support planning and execution for new products, capabilities, integrations, recurring releases, and ongoing product updates; identify opportunities to improve launch processes and take increasing ownership of defined workstreams over time.
- Product marketing content and storytelling - develop and maintain messaging, presentations, sales materials, FAQs, user guides, release communications, partner materials, and other content that translates technical product information into clear, compelling stories that resonate with our audience and drive intended outcomes; proactively identify opportunities to improve existing content and go-to-market support.
- Sales and partner enablement – create enablement materials and resources that help sales, customer success, and channel partners communicate the value of our products and differentiate them in the market.
- Conduct market research and surface customer insights - conduct customer, competitive, and market research to create messaging and content that supports product launches and broader product marketing and strategic activities.
- Analyze and translate market feedback and insights - establish a feedback loop between customers, partners, product, marketing, and sales to translate market feedback and recurring themes into actionable insights.
- Cross-functional execution and communication - partner with product, sales, customer success, channel partners, marketing, and other teams to gather inputs, coordinate deliverables, and keep projects moving forward.
- Case studies and customer advocacy – source, write, and promote customer case studies that highlight customer successes using our products.

- 3+ years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably within SaaS, DaaS, MarTech, AdTech.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, or related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Strong product marketing foundation, including experience with positioning and messaging, product launches, content development, sales enablement, and customer or market insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate clearly across internal and external audiences and translate complex information into compelling, audience-relevant messaging.
- Ability to learn technical product and concepts, including areas such as data, APIs, integrations, and emerging technologies.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, demonstrated through managing multiple priorities, recurring responsibilities, and deadlines with consistent follow-through and accuracy.
- Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity, able to hink ahead, identify gaps or opportunities, keep materials and documentation current, and move work forward even when priorities or processes are still evolving.
- Critical thinking and curiosity, with a natural tendency to learn, test, improve, and challenge the status quo rather than defaulting to how things have always been done.
- Creative problem-solving skills, bringing forward new ideas and approaches to achieve an objective.
- Customer-oriented mindset, able to understand and empathize with different customer perspectives, needs, and levels of technical knowledge.

- Thoughtful and effective use of AI tools, using AI to accelerate research, ideation, content development, and workflows while applying sound judgement, subject-matter understanding, and independent thinking to the final output.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Spekit (or Seismic/Highspot), Salesforce, HubSpot, and Asana is a plus.

Compensation Package
- The salary range for this position is $130,000-150,000k, with $5-10k variable bonus. Actual compensation may vary and will be based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
