Head of Creative Studio at Bolt Technology · Tallinn

About Bolt

Bolt is shaping a future where cities are built for people, not cars. What started as an ambitious project of a 19-year-old in 2013 has grown into a global mobility platform used by more than 200 million customers and 4.5 million driver and courier partners across 50 countries. From ride-hailing and food delivery to scooters, e-bikes, and car-sharing, Bolt helps people move through cities every day. Small, autonomous teams drive this work, combining the speed and ownership of a startup with the scale of a global technology company backed by more than €1bn in funding. And we’re just getting started.

Why join Bolt?

• Build the future of mobility and help transform how people live and move in cities.
• Tackle challenges at scale that span technology, operations, regulation, and growth.
• Take real ownership early. Small, lean teams mean your decisions matter from day one, and you’ll learn fast alongside some of the best people in the industry.
• Join one of Europe’s leading technology companies, backed by world-class investors including Sequoia.

About the role

We’re looking for a Head of Creative Studio to lead Bolt’s in-house creative production team, delivering high-quality creative assets across our global business. You’ll oversee the Studio’s people, processes, and performance, ensuring creative work is delivered efficiently, on time, and in line with Bolt’s brand standards. Working closely with Brand Creative and marketing teams, you’ll improve production workflows, introduce AI-powered solutions, and build a scalable, cost-effective creative operation that supports Bolt’s growing business needs.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Lead the Creative Studio: Manage team performance, hiring, and development, supporting Project Managers and Senior Creatives in delivering high-quality work.
• Improve creative operations: Establish clear briefing processes, prioritisation frameworks, and delivery standards to ensure efficient, high-volume creative production.
• Scale production with AI: Introduce AI-powered tools and automation to simplify workflows, reduce repetitive tasks, and expand self-service creative capabilities.
• Maintain creative quality: Ensure all assets meet Bolt’s brand standards and work with marketing teams to measure effectiveness and improve creative output.
• Collaborate across teams: Partner with Brand Creative, marketing, and other business teams to align priorities, manage expectations, and support integrated campaigns.
• Manage resources and budgets: Oversee capacity planning, freelance partnerships, and production costs, using performance data to improve efficiency and resource allocation.

About you

• You have experience leading an in-house creative studio, creative production team, or agency operations function, ideally in an international environment.
• You have experience managing and developing creative and project management teams, creating an environment where people can do their best work.
• You understand creative production workflows, resource planning, and project management, with experience delivering high volumes of creative assets.
• You are comfortable using AI, automation, and creative technology to simplify processes, improve productivity, and scale production.
• You have experience managing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and finding ways to improve production efficiency and costs.
• You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively across teams, and can balance creative quality with business priorities and delivery timelines.

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!

Why you’ll love it here

• Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
• Enjoy a rewarding salary and stock options, knowing that as Bolt succeeds, so do you.
• Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks.
• Celebrate 5 years at Bolt with a 1-month paid sabbatical to recharge.
• Connect with colleagues at annual company events and smaller team gatherings.
• Balance flexibility and in-person collaboration with our hybrid model, including at least 12 monthly in-office days.

Some perks may differ depending on your location and role. At Bolt, using AI daily is a baseline expectation for everyone. If there’s a faster, smarter way to do your work, we expect you to find it. You’re still responsible for the output, so the standard stays high when using AI tools.
