Systems Engineering Support Analyst (Associate or Experienced)

Summary: The Boeing Company is seeking a Systems Engineering Support Analyst within the Executive Transport Services and Support division in Oklahoma City, OK. This role involves supporting FAA and Military Certification, system verification, and collaborating with customer organizations while developing SEIT products. Responsibilities: - Support FAA and Military Certification - Support system verification and validation of requirements - Support cross-functional teams, working groups, program, and customer meetings and technical design reviews - Develop and deliver SEIT products such as architecture models/documents, requirements databases, specifications, reports, etc - Collaborate with customer organizations Required Qualifications: - Associate Degree - Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience - Ability to collaborate with team members and create plans for executing on deliverables - Strong systems thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams and leadership Preferred Qualifications: - 3+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Experience in Airworthiness and Certification (including FAA, EASA, Military) - Experience in ICD development, logical architecture, requirements development, specification development, system functions and SSOW development - Experience in System Architecture Development and Modeling tools (CAMEO/MSOSA, Rhapsody) - Experience in Requirements Management and tools (i.e. IBM DOORs) - Experience in verification & validation of requirements - Experience in risk, issue, and opportunity management - Experience project engineering and executing system design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) - Experience in systems integration and test including lab integration, ground test, and flight test - INCOSE Certification Required Skills: FAA Certification, Military Certification, Airworthiness, ICD development, Logical architecture, Requirements development, Specification development, System functions development, SSOW development, System Architecture Development, CAMEO, MSOSA, Rhapsody, Requirements Management, IBM DOORs, Verification and validation of requirements, Risk management, Issue management, Opportunity management, Project engineering, System design reviews, SRR, PDR, CDR, Systems integration and test, Lab integration, Ground test, Flight test, INCOSE Certification Benefits: Health insurance, Flexible spending accounts, Health savings accounts, Retirement savings plans, Life and disability insurance programs, Programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work
