Job Description
Summary: The Boeing Company is seeking an Associate Human Resources Generalist to join their HR team in Oklahoma City, OK. This role involves providing HR support to employees, partnering with business leaders, and delivering HR initiatives to drive business value.
Responsibilities:
- Provide visible, on the floor HR presence where our employees work to enable real-time engagement and solutions
- Provide consultation and coaching to employees at all levels (management to non-management) on HR practices and processes
- Partner with business leaders, ethics and/or corporate investigations to resolve workplace concerns, support the development and delivery of corrective actions, performance improvement and development plans
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with ET&S leadership teams to deliver integrated HR initiatives and solutions
- Partner across broader HR team and with Labor Relations partners to deliver high quality, seamlessly integrated operational HR support to the business
- Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)
- Utilize conflict resolution techniques and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
- Utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources
- 1+ years of experience executing strategies and managing associated projects
- 1+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
- 1+ years of experience partnering and strategizing HR initiatives with senior leaders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Human Resources certification(s)
- 1+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
- Experience problem-solving, analyzing data and utilizing various HR tools and systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
