Summary: The Boeing Company is looking for an Associate Financial Analyst located in Huntsville, Alabama. In this role, you will support financial operations by analyzing data and ensuring compliance while contributing to strategic business decisions. Responsibilities: - Support defense program execution by collaborating cross-functionally by providing financial insights to enhance decision making - Analyze financial data to support forecasts and cost management - Prepare performance reports and collaborate with teams to assess trends - Assist in developing business cases and ensuring compliance with financial policies Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field - 1+ year experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business or related role - Experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets - Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills - A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and problem-solving - Ability to collaborate effectively and present financial insights with confidence Preferred Qualifications: - 1+ years of experience with financial analysis, financial modeling, financial or resource forecasts, and/or assessment of associated risks and opportunities - 2+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Accounting, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations) - Experience using strong verbal and written communication skills both virtually and in-person, including ability to explain 'why' - Adaptability to rapid changing environments and ability to meet deliverable - Experienced change agent; ability to communicate and drive change with multiple stakeholders Required Skills: Financial analysis, Microsoft Excel Important Skills: Financial modeling, Cost management Nice-to-Have Skills: Leadership skills Benefits: Health insurance, Flexible spending accounts, Health savings accounts, Retirement savings plans, Life and disability insurance programs, Paid and unpaid time away from work
