Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic intern to support our IT infrastructure and operations team. The intern will assist in Linux server management, database monitoring, ticket handling, and basic system troubleshooting. This role is ideal for candidates interested in system administration, cloud infrastructure, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage Linux servers
• Handle and track support tickets
• Assist in database monitoring and backup activities
• Perform basic troubleshooting for server and application issues
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and logs
• Support deployment and maintenance activities
• Coordinate with development and support teams for issue resolution
• Maintain documentation for incidents and system configurations
• Help in user access management and permissions

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix commands
• Understanding of server management concepts
• Basic knowledge of databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with ticketing/support systems
• Understanding of networking basics (IP, DNS, SSH)
• Basic scripting knowledge is a plus (Shell/Python)
