What We Do: Cutting Complexity Across the Front Office

We help the world's most ambitious companies, including Uber Eats, BNY, and Xerox, untangle the operational complexity that slows enterprise growth. As a Gold Adobe Solution Partner and Salesforce Summit Partner, we deliver strategy and implementation across the full front office. Our proprietary methodology builds sustainable enabled ecosystems that maximize ROI and accelerate speed to market. By embedding AI into commercial workflows, we help clients move faster and stay ahead.

The Role

You'll own new business across a defined enterprise territory in Australia, working a named list of target accounts. This is a hunter seat: you open the doors yourself, and the clients you land go on to grow with our Delivery teams and Client Partners. You'll qualify hard, run enterprise cycles at pace and pull in our Solutions, Capability and Alliance specialists when a deal needs their depth. Reporting to the Regional Sales VP, you'll be one of the people building BPX's enterprise presence in Australia. Internally, this position maps to our Enterprise Account Executive role within our global structure.

What you'll do

• Win new enterprise logos across your Australian territory and named target account list.
• Build qualified pipeline that covers your target, using AI-powered research to prioritise where you spend your time.
• Open doors early through your network, targeted prospecting, referrals and partners, well before procurement or an RFP.
• Earn executive sponsors by building relationships with C-suite and senior leaders in enterprise organisations.
• Lead complex sales cycles from discovery and qualification through to proposal, negotiation and close.
• Shape the right solution with our Solutions and Capability teams and our Adobe and Salesforce alliance partners.
• Hand over cleanly so every new client starts well with our Delivery team.

What you'll bring

• A record of winning net-new enterprise clients and delivering against sales targets.
• An established network across the Australian enterprise market.
• Enterprise technology sales experience in digital transformation, consulting or professional services.
• Executive presence that earns credibility with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial judgement, with sharp qualification and negotiation skills in multi-stakeholder deals.
• Partner-led selling experience, ideally across MarTech, CRM, data or AI ecosystems such as Adobe and Salesforce.

Why this role, why now

BPX has built a strong APAC foothold through acquisitions that deepened our Salesforce capability in Australia and Singapore, and enterprise growth in Australia is the next step. You'll help decide which enterprise organisations we work with here, with global delivery and partner capability behind every deal you run.
