OUR VISION AND MISSION
BluLever Education is empowering Africa’s artisans with skills for the future. BluLever achieves this through holistic vocational education and skills training that creates ethical industry professionals of a global standard. BluLever’s Braamfontein Campus, focused on plumbing apprenticeships, launched in early 2021.

WHERE WE ARE NOW
BluLever Education is preparing Africa for the 4th industrial revolution by mobilising a movement of 5 million artisans as active citizens. We currently offer plumbing apprenticeships for multiple cohorts per year, as well as various other artisan training products such as the MakersHub—an incubation hub that supports small businesses in their journey to growth, formalisation, and stability. The BluLever team is expanding rapidly, and this role will be based at our new Cape Town campus opening in late 2026.

WHO ARE WE (YOU?)
We’re not just building another company; we’re building an institution, a movement that will outlast us all. The road will not be easy, but the impact will be monumental. We need an innovative, results-driven, and experienced sales leader who is motivated by both closing deals and creating genuine opportunities for young people. If you are looking to apply your B2B sales expertise toward a purpose-driven mission, you will thrive here.
