Close More Deals. Spend Less Time Prospecting.

Our client is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Regional In-Home Sales Representative to help homeowners improve and protect their homes through premium remodeling solutions.

Unlike many sales roles, we provide the leads. Your focus is simple: meet with qualified homeowners, understand their needs, present the right solution, and close the sale. No cold calling, door knocking, or generating your own appointments.

If you're a confident closer who enjoys helping homeowners make informed decisions and wants unlimited earning potential, this is an outstanding opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments generated by our marketing and inside sales teams.
• Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate customer needs.
• Educate homeowners on available products, materials, financing options, and project solutions.
• Prepare and present accurate project estimates and proposals.
• Build trust through a consultative, customer-first sales approach.
• Follow up with prospective customers and overcome objections professionally.
• Close sales and complete all required documentation.
• Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity throughout every customer interaction.

Products You'll Sell

You'll help homeowners with a variety of home improvement projects, including:

• Roofing
• Siding
• Replacement Windows
• Gutters & Gutter Protection
• Exterior Doors
• Storm Damage Restoration
• Bathroom Remodeling
• Kitchen Remodeling
• Outdoor Living Projects
• Decks and Exterior Improvements

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in in-home sales, home improvement sales, remodeling, roofing, windows, flooring, or other residential construction sales.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable conducting in-home consultations with homeowners.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to manage your own schedule and territory effectively.
• Experience using CRM software is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

• Qualified leads provided — no cold calling or door knocking.
• 100% commission with uncapped earning potential.
• Flexible schedule with the independence to manage your territory.
• High-quality products backed by an established and trusted company.
• Multiple product offerings create opportunities to maximize every appointment.
• Ongoing support from marketing, operations, and project management teams.
• Opportunity to build a long-term, high-income career.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position designed for sales professionals who want to control their income.

Your success is directly tied to your performance, with no cap on earnings. Top-performing representatives have the opportunity to earn a substantial six-figure income by consistently closing company-provided leads.

Who Will Thrive in This Role?

The ideal candidate is someone who:

• Loves meeting new people.
• Builds trust quickly.
• Enjoys helping homeowners solve problems.
• Is confident asking for the sale.
• Wants unlimited income potential.
• Is driven by results rather than a salary.

If you're an experienced sales professional ready to maximize your earning potential while working with qualified leads and a respected home improvement company, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today!
