Job Description
Summary: Blue Owl Capital is a leading asset manager redefining alternatives, with a focus on long-term growth through innovative product solutions. The Private Wealth, Strategy Analyst will support the team in executing strategic initiatives, conducting research, and preparing materials for senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic initiatives, market expansion, and product development
- Prepare presentation materials, reports, and status updates for senior leadership
- Assist in project management by tracking deliverables, maintaining timelines, and coordinating cross-functionally across the business
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform strategy discussions
- Support the execution of partnership opportunities, new business pitches, and internal process improvements
- Contribute ideas to enhance the division’s offerings and client solutions
- Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, workshops, and ad hoc projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial services, asset management, consulting, or related fields. Knowledge of alternative investments/private markets is a plus
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; comfortable working with data and financial models
- Effective communicator with strong writing and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Solid understanding of financial markets and investment products
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn
- High ethical standards and professionalism and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Resourceful and self-motivated
- Eager to take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment
