At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. We’re working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight!

This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.

Blue Origin's mission is to build a road to space for the benefit of Earth. The Human Resources (HR) organization advances our Vision - "Millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth" - through programs that acquire critical talent, reward high performers, and develop current and future leaders. As a mission-critical partner, HR strengthens a safety-first culture, scales objective, compliant practices, and enables teams to deliver safe, repeatable spaceflight.

The Principal, HR Specialist serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer's (CHRO) closest strategic partner and the architect of the HR organization's planning and operating infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of trusted advisor and operational owner: it builds and runs the mechanisms — strategic planning, goals, business reviews, workforce and budget planning — that turn Blue wide priorities into executable, measurable outcomes across HR. The role models a narrative-first writing culture, structured problem solving, and operational rigor, ensuring the HR Leadership Team's execution stay tightly aligned to what matters most.
