The Onboarding Specialist will manage the customer’s Getting Started Journey, ensuring effective onboarding through 1:1 virtual follow-ups and assisting customers in understanding their purchased products. Responsibilities: - Manage the customers’ Getting Started Journey - Own the 1:1 virtual follow-up sessions to ensure learning content understanding - Assist customers with value recognition in their purchased platform(s) - Act as a point of contact throughout the Customer Getting Started Journey - Manage customer hand-offs between internal Bloomerang teams Required Qualifications: - 1+ years of experience supporting SaaS CRM onboarding and training in a virtual and/or on-site environment with a strong focus on customer onboarding best practices - Ability to serve as the primary contact between internal and external stakeholders helping ensure deliverables are met - Organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and goals - A strong technical proficiency and the ability to quickly learn and understand new software products and concepts - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency with using Excel for reviewing and troubleshooting customer data import files Preferred Qualifications: - Foundational understanding of data migration processes - 1+ years of project management experience with SaaS customer onboarding - Experience with Bloomerang products - Experience with supporting nonprofit organizations - Experience with supporting nonprofit CRM solutions Required Skills: SaaS CRM onboarding, Customer onboarding best practices Important Skills: Technical proficiency, Excel proficiency Nice-to-Have Skills: Project management, Organization skills Benefits: Health + WellnessYou’ll have access to generous health, vision, and dental insurance options as well as HealthiestYou, a healthcare service that offers convenient, confidential access to quality doctors 24/7, anytime, anywhere., Time OffYou'll get a competitive PTO package that includes 20 PTO days, 3 flex days, 4 optional volunteer days, 12 paid holidays, as well as paid parental leave.
