Training Production Intern at Bloom Energy in San Jose, CA

Summary: Bloom Energy is at the forefront of the global energy transition, pioneering solutions for clean and reliable energy. The Training Production Intern will assist in developing training videos, podcasts, and other materials while also focusing on user interface and experience design for learning tools. Responsibilities: - Assist in development and production of training videos and podcasts and other training material - Develop, test and trial user interface (UI/UX) for learning - Assist in maintaining and organizing assets for a Learning Management System - Produce static and animated content for learning aids - Learn and research AI capabilities for integration into training content Required Qualifications: - Currently a student earning a Bachelor's degree in graphic design, graphic engineering, UI/UX, computer science, or a related discipline - Must be graduating between spring 2026 and summer 2027 Preferred Qualifications: - Highly motivated and a self-starter - Strong oral and written communication skills - Must demonstrate a bias for action and implementation - Working knowledge of PC business software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Preferred experience with Linear Media Editors (Adobe Premier, Sony Vegas, Apple Final Cut Pro) and supporting/supplemental tools (After effects, Audition/Audacity, Photoshop) - Additionally, Blender/Maya/Solidworks experience is a plus - Experience with Podcast/Streaming/Vlog production. (Willing to learn if lacking) - Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, and successfully maintaining an above average GPA (preferably 3.0 or higher) Required Skills: UI/UX design, Video production, Learning Management System Important Skills: Graphic design, Linear Media Editors Nice-to-Have Skills: Podcast production, PC business software
