Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our Design & Product team.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of Figma, UI/UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, and design systems. The role involves working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create intuitive and visually engaging web and mobile experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements and convert them into UI/UX solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design responsive websites, web applications, and mobile interfaces.
- Create and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
- Improve existing products based on user feedback and usability requirements.
- Collaborate with developers for accurate design implementation and handoff.
- Ensure consistency in typography, colors, spacing, grids, layouts, and visual elements.
- Participate in design reviews and implement stakeholder feedback.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends and best practices.
Required Skills:
- 1–2 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Good understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
- Strong understanding of responsive design.
- Knowledge of design systems and reusable components.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, grids, and visual hierarchy.
- Basic knowledge of usability and accessibility.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Good to Have:
- Experience designing SaaS or enterprise applications.
- Experience working with React/Angular development teams.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience with dashboards, admin panels, and complex workflows.
- Knowledge of UX research and usability testing.
- Experience with design handoff and developer collaboration.
Tools:
- Required: Figma
- Good to have: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, FigJam, Canva
Portfolio Requirement:
Candidates must share a portfolio or examples of previous UI/UX work along with their resume. The portfolio should ideally include web/mobile applications, dashboards, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, or product improvement projects.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, Computer Science, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong practical experience and a good portfolio.Role & responsibilities
