Position Overview

We are seeking a Virtual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide supervision support for an RBT. This is a fully remote, part-time opportunity focused solely on supervision and compliance support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly virtual supervision (2 hours/week) to an RBT
• Assist with completion of RBT renewal competency assessments
• Ensure compliance with BACB supervision requirements
• Collaborate with school staff as needed to support behavioral services

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required
• Must hold a current Louisiana LBA license
• Prior experience supervising RBTs preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
