Summary: Blain’s Farm & Fleet is a family-owned retailer offering retail and warehouse services. The Drive Thru Associate assists customers with online pickup purchases and drive-thru bulk loading, operates the cash register, prepares customer orders, and supports general warehouse duties while following loss prevention and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers who come through the BOPUS and drive thru areas
- Operate cash register to scan and bag customer purchases and collect and process customer payment
- Obtain products customer ordered and prepare them for their pick up, as needed
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including:
- Move freight to staging area or shelves
- Stage and separate products for individual customers or vendors
- Move palletized products to various departments
- Transfer products from pallet to pallet
- Unload incoming products from trailers in dock area
- Load products into customer vehicles
- Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies
and/or procedures

Required Qualifications:
- Great communication skills
- Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Retail experience preferred
