Blackridge Marketing is expanding in Colorado Springs and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Retail Management
Trainees.
This position begins with hands-on experience in customer engagement and retail sales. You'll learn how our campaigns operate,
how we represent our clients, and how to deliver a professional customer experience while developing communication, sales, and
leadership skills.
This is not an immediate management position. It is an entry-level role designed for individuals interested in learning the business
from the ground up and taking on greater responsibility based on performance and readiness.
What You'll Learn & Do
- Represent nationally recognized brands in partnered retail locations
- Engage customers face-to-face
- Present products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers throughout the sales process
- Develop product knowledge and communication skills
- Learn campaign standards and performance expectations
- Work toward individual and team goals
- Develop leadership, coaching, and business skills through hands-on experience

Compensation & Position Details
Compensation: From $15.17/hour base + commission and performance bonuses
