Affiliate Manager at BlackMask in Remote

Summary: BLACKMASK is a men's grooming brand scaling its creator program across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and its online store. The Affiliate Manager will own creator relationships end to end, including sourcing, outreach, onboarding, campaign coordination, negotiations, retention, and community growth.

Responsibilities:
- Find creators on TikTok and Instagram who fit specific campaigns and angles, and build targeted lists per campaign
- Run personalized outreach and follow-ups, and guide creators from first reply to first posted video
- Segment the roster by campaign and audience, and keep the pipeline tracker accurate: contacted, sampling, posting, owed
- Negotiate retainers and commission deals within our playbook
- Own onboarding, briefs, posting schedules, check-ins, and on-time payments
- Build personal relationships with top performers the moment their content takes off, and keep them committed when competing brands approach them
- Support and grow our creator community on Discord

Required Qualifications:
- • Genuinely personable: you build rapport fast over text, on calls, and on camera
- • Seriously organized: dozens of conversations and multiple campaigns at once, nothing slips
- • Hands-on creator or influencer experience at a brand or agency; assistant and coordinator roles count if you personally owned creator relationships
- • A pipeline, tracker, or campaign you can walk us through
- • At home in men's grooming, fitness, gaming, sports, or streetwear culture
- • Excellent written and spoken English, strong US-hours overlap, and full-time commitment to one brand

Preferred Qualifications:
- • Experience negotiating creator deals (retainers, commissions, gifted-plus-paid)
- • TikTok Shop or affiliate marketing experience (we will train the platform)
- • Discord community experience, or you make short-form content yourself
