Job Description
Overview
As one of the founding Product Managers at our new Product Hub in Krakow, you are joining at a moment that rarely comes twice in a career. You will be an early shaper of this hub’s product culture — setting standards, influencing roadmap direction, and leaving a mark on a platform used by finance teams across the globe.
In this role, you will own the strategy and execution for one of the most commercially critical modules within BlackLine’s Invoice-to-Cash platform — working across areas including disputes and deductions management, cash recovery workflows, and the operational processes that sit at the intersection of customer relationships and financial efficiency.
You bring deep domain knowledge, sharp analytical instincts, and a genuine curiosity for AI-driven product innovation. Working closely with the I2C Product Team — across engineering, design, data, and go-to-market — you will shape a product that changes how enterprises manage complex receivables challenges at scale.
Responsibilities
Lead I2C Product Strategy: Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for your product area within I2C — spanning end-to-end lifecycle flows and integrations with AR, Cash Application, and ERP systems.
Shape AI-Powered Workflows: Partner with engineering and data science teams to embed AI and agentic capabilities into your product area — from intelligent classification and root cause analysis to automated resolution recommendations — using tools like Claude and Cursor as development accelerators.
Define and Deliver Requirements: Write clear Epics, PRDs, and user stories that reflect deep customer understanding. Translate strategic intent into executable requirements for engineering.
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as a key decision-maker in product development cycles. Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales on priorities and the definition of done.
Champion the Customer: Engage directly with customers and prospects to understand their workflows, personas, and pain points. Turn those insights into product that solves enterprise-scale receivables challenges.
Mentor and Elevate: Act as a product leader within the Krakow hub, contributing to team knowledge, best practices, and the growth of junior PMs.
